When can I get free delivery?

If your purchase exceeds 70 EUR /80 USD we provide free delivery.

What delivery methods can you provide?

Regular postal service or express courier service. Postal delivery in Germany for instance takes 4-8 business days, 8-15 business days to the US/Canada, 14-22 business days to Australia, while with express delivery you can get your tights 1-2 days (Australia, New Zealand 3 days) after they were handed to the courier.

Important! No express shipping to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses (APO, FPO), or US territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico)!
Sorry, because of local regulations no express delivery to Russia and Brazil.

Is cash on delivery an option?

Not yet, but we would like to introduce this option in Germany, Austria.

How do I know that my order was shipped?

Can I track my order?

To standard shipping we usually don’t provide tracking number, if you still want to receive your order as a registered mail, please contact us, for $3 fee we provide extra tracking for standard shipping.

To express shipping we always provide tracking number.

I didn’t receive my order. What to do now?

If you choose standard shipping:
Please only write us when 30 days are gone from your shipping notification date. We will resend it.

If you choose express shipping:
With express shipping you have to receive your order 1-4 after your shipping notification email was sent. Please call FedEx with the tracking number we provide.

Addressee unknown problem

Please make sure to provide your valid address in order to receive the shipment without any problem. In case of the items get sent back (with “addressee unknown” or similar reasons) we have to apply an additional 4 USD fee to resend it ( 4 USD as standard delivery/14 USD as express shipping).
If your items are shipped with express courier and we have to change your shipping address because it was delivered to wrong address we have to apply an additional 10 USD fee, which is not refundable if you later choose to return items.

Fees, taxes, duties

International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. We are not responsible for any additional charges that can arise during importing items from Virivee to your country.

How can I change the currency in the webshop?

On any product page below the size-choosing dropdown panel you will find the currency changer. You can choose from US Dollar ($), Euro (€) and Pound Sterling (£).

What happens when I placed an order?

You will receive an automatic notification email from your order. If you don’t receive our notification email, please check your spam folder in your mailbox and if you still don’t find our email please write us an email because probably the given email address was incorrect.

Sizing

What is my size?

Our sizing chart helps you find the right size. You only need to know your height and approximate weight. If you are in between two sizes or close to the upper limits of a size we recommend choosing the bigger size because it can be more comfortable.

How to use the size chart?

To use the size chart you need your height and weight. The combination of these two will give your tights’ size.
If you measure your height in cm, check the left side of the chart (145-185), if you measure it in feet, check the right side (4’9”-6’1”). To find your weight in kilogram see the top of the chart (40-115), in pounds/lbs see the bottom of the chart (88-254).
If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger size.

What Plus SIze tights are like?

A couple of our models are available in XL, 2XL, 3XL as well. These have a thicker waistline and a bigger cotton gusset so they are comfortable to wear even if your hips and bottom are bigger.

Can children wear these tights?

If the size is right, why not. Our tights are sturdy enough for children to play on a carpet for example, but they can be ruined when kids are climbing trees, playing on the playground or crawling around on the ground. Sizes for children can be found here. We offer these products in children’s size.

Care Instructions

How to wash tights?

In order for your tights to stay long-lasting wash your tights by hand
in cold water. Simply soak tights in soapy water for a few seconds,
squeeze soap through and wash gently. Rinse thoroughly. Do not wring!
Squeeze excess water out gently and allow to line or drip dry. Wash
and dry separately.

How to store tights?

Store them in a dark and dry place.

You can store your tights in individual lockable bags which are big enough for the tights but not too big. If you squeeze out the air the packages will be smaller. You can easily stack them and can go through the bagged tights to decide which one to wear. If your tights are in an underwear drawer, the bags are easier to find; if you have lots and lots of tights, bags help to make them more organized.

Color and Material

All our tights are

  • 50 denier, made from strong material
  • matte finish tights (Plus size tights are satin!)
  • sheer toe tights, the fabric has the same thickness all the way over the leg, foot and toe. You can wear them with sandals!
  • sheer to waist tights. Higher denier around the waist area, this pantyhose is ideal for wearing with short skirts
  • low-rise/hipster waist tights, will not reach your belly button
  • have cotton gusset for more comfort and personal hygiene
  • material: 92% poliamid, 8% elastan

Will the color of the tights last long, or will it eventually fade?

Tights don’t lose their color and they don’t fade. As in the case of most textiles long exposure to direct sunlight has a negative effect so it is recommended to store them in a dark place, in a closed drawer or box.

Do the colors of the pictures match the actual colors of the tights?

In general, yes. Colors can appear differently though on certain monitors and mobile devices, so there can be a slight difference between picture and reality. Since the tights are hand-made, the gradient differs from piece to piece, but the difference is so subtle that it is impossible to spot for the untrained eye.

How durable and sturdy are the tights?

They are 50 den, opaque, matte tights, extremely durable and stretchable. They don’t tear easily, and smaller abrasions and damages don’t ruin them. If you are careful enough, they can last for years.

What briefs do tights have?

Sheer to waist, higher denier only around the waist area, ideal for wearing with short skirts

What is their fabric like, are they reinforced or not?

These are sheer toe tights, the fabric has the same thickness all the way over the legs, feet and toes, and they are sheer to waist without top control, so they can be worn with sandals, short skirts and leotards as well.

How thick or sheer are they, can they be worn without a skirt or short?

These are tights, not leggings, and they have a cotton gusset, so it is not recommended to wear them on their own, without any coverage.

Can you guarantee they won’t tear after the first use?

Unfortunately we cannot give guarantees because it is the user who has to handle them with proper care. They are very durable though and are costumers have not been disappointed so far. Read our 14 tips to make your tights last longer, we hope that you will find these very useful.

How warm are the tights?

These are 50 den, thick, opaque tights that can be worn from fall till the end of spring and even on chillier summer nights.

Safety

What kind of a textile dye do you use? Are they safe, can I be allergic to them?

We use textile dye made in the USA that complies with every safety requirements and contains no dangerous compounds. If you are allergic to commonly used textile dyes than we do not recommend wearing our products for safety reasons.

Return and Refund

Can I replace the tights or ask for a refund?

If the tights are not worn (not even tried on!), you have 60 days from the purchase to replace or send them back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the manner in which they were received: folded properly, unworn, unwashed with original tags attached and it must also be in the original packaging. Sorry, we can’t accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn. If we find that the tights have already been worn, we cannot replace them and we cannot give a refund. Before sending a product back be sure to read our refund policy and please connect us.
Replacement or refund does not apply to gift cards and products on sale!

Do you refund shipping costs?

We refund your original shipping cost, but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you return products you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

To complete your return, you must email with the subject line “Return Request” to receive a Return Number.
